Monday Jams: “I Know I Rock, and What I Got is Hot”

This installment of Monday Jams is going out to all the lonely hearts in a state of post-Valentine’s depression.  Although, I have to say, today’s song is empowering on other levels too.  Go ahead and direct it at past employers, disappointing friends, whoever you need… rinse, repeat, call me in the morning.

It’s a song called The World Should Revolve Around Me by Little Jackie.  It’s an incredible, fun song by a favorite band of mine.  I have spent many three minute increments power walking around the city to this song, and I can tell you, it never fails to make me feel better about my life.  Just like singer/songwriter Imani Coppola says, I’ve got talent, I’ve got tits, and eventually I will find all the right people to appreciate them.
